Refund Policy

Huagruay Studio Co., Ltd. ("the Company") announces the refund policy to establish an agreement and understanding regarding the use of the website's services as follows:

  1. Refund for Tangible Goods

    • The Company will refund the cost of goods to the customer if the Company cannot deliver the goods as ordered by the customer.

  2. Refund for Intangible Goods (e.g., Services or Online Courses)

    • The Company will refund the cost in the following cases:

      • If the customer purchases an online course or service that we have closed due to company policy or if the registration is already full at the time of payment.

      • If the customer pre-orders a course and the Company cannot provide the course more than 30 days after the specified start date.

  3. Cancellation of Orders

    • Only tangible goods and offline training courses can be canceled as follows:

      • For tangible goods such as electronic kits or various sensors, customers must cancel the order via Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/huagruayshop/ or Line: @hua-gruay before the order status changes to "shipped" (if ordered between 00:00 – 18:00, cancellation must be made before 17:00; if ordered between 18:01 – 23:59, cancellation must be made by 10:00 the next day). Customers will receive a full refund and the status will change to "pending refund." Refund details can be found in Section 4.

      • For offline training courses, the cancellation policy is as follows:

        • If cancellation or rescheduling is done at least 30 days before the training date, an 80% refund will be given (excluding the deposit).

        • If cancellation or rescheduling is done at least 14 days before the training date, a 50% refund will be given.

        • If cancellation or rescheduling is done less than 14 days before the training date, no refund will be given. Refund details can be found in Section 4.

  4. Refund Processing Time

    • The refund timeframes are approximate and depend on the customer's bank or payment service provider:

      • For full payment or installment payments via credit card from a bank registered in Thailand, the refund will be returned to the credit card used for payment within 15-20 business days, depending on the credit card billing cycle of the customer's bank.

      • For full payments via debit card from a bank registered in Thailand, the refund will be returned to the debit card within 45-60 business days from the date the customer is notified by the Call Center, depending on the conditions of the customer's bank.

      • For full payments via Internet Banking, counter service, etc., the refund will be returned to the account specified by the customer within 7-14 business days from the date the customer is notified by the Company's Call Center (and after providing the required refund documentation).

    • The refunded amount will be transferred to the buyer's credit/debit card or bank account as appropriate.

  5. Right to Refuse Refunds and Cancellations

    • The Company reserves the right to refuse refund requests, cancellations, or modifications in the following cases:

      • Errors in ordering such as incorrect color, model, or type by the buyer.

      • Requests to add discounts, forgot to use discounts, coupons, or gift vouchers after placing the order.

      • Change of mind after the order is completed.

  6. Return Policy

    • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged within 7 business days from receipt.

    • The cost of returning goods will be discussed and agreed upon between the buyer and seller on a case-by-case basis.

  7. Non-Delivery of Goods

    • The Company reserves the right not to ship and to refund in the following cases:

      • Out of stock or unable to deliver the goods within 7 days for non-pre-order items (e.g., out of stock, discontinued items).

      • System errors or force majeure.

  8. Changes to Terms

    • The Company reserves the right to change any terms without prior notice.
